Final Days to Submit Abstracts for SRS2026

Researchers and aquaculture professionals have until September 4 to submit abstracts for the scientific program of the International Conference on Salmon Rickettsial Syndrome (SRS2026): Integrating Science, Industry and Policy for Sustainable Salmon Aquaculture.

Organized by INCAR², the conference will take place November 9–11, 2026, in Puerto Varas, Chile, and will be the first international meeting dedicated exclusively to Salmon Rickettsial Syndrome (SRS), one of the most significant health challenges facing salmon farming.

Researchers, academics, industry professionals, students and aquaculture specialists are invited to submit their latest research and experiences for oral or poster presentations.

The scientific program will bring together experts from Chile and abroad to discuss epidemiology, prevention and control strategies, technological innovation, health management, sustainability, economic impacts and public policy related to SRS.

By bringing together science, industry and policymakers, SRS2026 aims to strengthen collaboration and advance science-based solutions for more sustainable salmon aquaculture.
